Question 1: How has the training been translated?
The process we go through to translate a training course is as follows:
1. Record or take pre-existing recordings in their original language and prepare them for translation.
2. We run the original training videos through AI software HeyGen.com - this produces an AI generated transcript in the original language and also into the new language.
3. These transcripts are checked by a native language checker who helps us correct any errors.
4. We then produce a new video in the new language.

Question 2: Do the speakers speak multiple languages?
Some of our speakers on our training courses will speak multiple languages themselves but where they don't we have used AI to take their voice and mouth movements and lip sync their 'digital avatar', making it appear that the speaker can speak another language.

Question 3: How will you ensure ethical standards when interacting with AI?
Our speakers have given us permission to use their training and run it through the processes outlined above for the purposes of translating our training materials into other languages. We will not use their footage for any other purpose and will delete stored material once the project is complete.
